Supplier engagement and accessible sourcing

Make opportunities easier to understand and navigate.

A central conversation connects a diverse network of supplier organizations.
From your priorities to a practical scope

Make opportunities easier to understand and navigate.

Review how opportunities are communicated and how suppliers enter the process. Design information sessions, accessible guidance and feedback opportunities while keeping procurement communications consistent with fairness, confidentiality and your organization’s rules.

What you receive

The final scope is agreed with your team. A focused engagement can include:

  • Supplier-journey review and engagement plan.
  • Accessible opportunity and onboarding guidance.
  • Feedback collection tools and improvement recommendations.

Connected to the bigger picture

Examine how suppliers learn about opportunities, meet requirements and participate in procurement. We help organizations design supplier diversity approaches, review unnecessary barriers and connect program intentions with practical sourcing, engagement and reporting processes. Recommendations are tailored to the rules and governance that apply to your organization.

Before we begin

Your questions, considered.

Do you certify diverse suppliers?

No. Supplier certification, eligibility and verification requirements are defined separately. We can help you document an appropriate recognition and verification approach without representing Diversity.ca as a certifying body.

Can public-sector procurement teams use this service?

Yes. The scope must reflect your procurement policies, applicable trade obligations and approval processes. Recommendations that affect eligibility or evaluation should receive your organization’s required procurement and legal review.

Does participation guarantee contracts for suppliers?

No. Engagement can improve access to information and participation opportunities, but awards remain subject to the buyer’s stated procurement process and requirements.
