Our proposed engagements can move from assessment and planning to training, procurement support and implementation coordination. Each proposal identifies what Diversity.ca will deliver directly, where a qualified specialist may be needed, and which decisions remain with your organization.
A clear relationship, from the start
You should know who is doing the work, how information will be used and what you will receive. We use a defined scope, named responsibilities and agreed review points. Specific qualifications, partner involvement and delivery capacity are confirmed for each engagement before work begins.

Our service model is designed for corporations, governments, public agencies, educational institutions and other large organizations across Canada. Language, jurisdiction, geography and procurement requirements belong in the project brief—not in an assumption made after the work starts.
