Diversity.ca ILLUSTRATIVE OUTLINE — FOR SCOPING DISCUSSION Employee journey improvement map This illustrative map organizes experiences around moments that matter, rather than attributing findings to individuals. 1. Journey stages The selected stages, such as joining, developing, accessing support and moving between roles. 2. Experience themes What helps or hinders participation at each stage, with evidence sources and open questions. 3. Improvement backlog Proposed process changes, responsible owners and practical ways to gather follow-up feedback. A USEFUL STARTING POINT - The employee groups and journey stages you want to understand. - Existing onboarding, development or support-process summaries. - Aggregate feedback already available and any consultation constraints. WHAT WE AGREE BEFORE STARTING - Findings describe patterns in the agreed sample, not every employee’s experience. - Individual grievance handling and employee case management remain outside a journey-mapping exercise. Final methods, contents and responsibilities are agreed in your proposal. https://diversity.ca/en/services/people-culture/employee-experience/
