Diversity.ca ILLUSTRATIVE OUTLINE — FOR SCOPING DISCUSSION Change readiness and adoption plan An illustrative plan connecting a proposed change to the people, decisions and support needed for adoption. 1. Change impact map How the proposed change affects roles, workflows, users and existing commitments. 2. Engagement and support The conversations, communications, learning and practical assistance needed by each audience. 3. Adoption checkpoints Decision gates, signs of readiness and a way to surface and respond to implementation issues. A USEFUL STARTING POINT - A description of the proposed change and the decision already made or still pending. - The affected teams, audiences and operational dependencies. - Key milestones and existing communication or training plans. WHAT WE AGREE BEFORE STARTING - Change support does not replace the sponsor’s authority to approve the initiative or its resources. - Technical implementation and labour-relations processes need their own responsible teams and scope. Final methods, contents and responsibilities are agreed in your proposal. https://diversity.ca/en/services/people-culture/change-management/
