Diversity.ca ILLUSTRATIVE OUTLINE — FOR SCOPING DISCUSSION Organizational inclusion assessment outline This illustrative assessment structure separates observations, interpretation and questions requiring further evidence. 1. Assessment frame The employee journeys, organizational units and evidence sources included in the review. 2. Theme register A structured record of recurring barriers, supporting observations and gaps in understanding. 3. Decision brief Priority questions for leadership and options for validating or addressing each theme. A USEFUL STARTING POINT - The business decisions the assessment should inform. - An anonymized overview of workforce structure and existing aggregate indicators. - A list of consultation channels and groups whose perspectives should be included. WHAT WE AGREE BEFORE STARTING - Sampling and participation determine what the findings can reasonably represent. - Individual employee records are not needed in the public enquiry; any later access requires an agreed protocol. Final methods, contents and responsibilities are agreed in your proposal. https://diversity.ca/en/services/dei/organizational-assessments/
