Diversity.ca ILLUSTRATIVE OUTLINE — FOR SCOPING DISCUSSION Inclusion implementation roadmap This illustrative roadmap turns agreed priorities into work that can be assigned, sequenced and reviewed. 1. Priority map The relationship between each proposed initiative, the barrier it addresses and the intended change. 2. Delivery sequence Dependencies, accountable roles and decision points across immediate and longer-term work. 3. Review dashboard Indicator definitions, information sources and questions for periodic leadership discussions. A USEFUL STARTING POINT - Existing assessment findings or an agreed list of inclusion priorities. - Available resources and initiatives already underway. - Your planning calendar and the decision-makers responsible for approval. WHAT WE AGREE BEFORE STARTING - Targets are developed from a credible baseline rather than invented for the roadmap. - The roadmap does not itself authorize staffing, spending or changes to employment practices. Final methods, contents and responsibilities are agreed in your proposal. https://diversity.ca/en/services/dei/inclusion-roadmaps/
